[Guide] How To Create A GoDaddy Domain Catchall Account by ItsAciD

Hi guys i'm back. I want to make a very easy noob-friendly guide into making a Catchall Email. Now days every bot uses Catch-All only emails, so therefore it's a must to make a catchall email.

    What's a Catch-all Email?
A Catch-All email is and email account from your domain in which you can receive emails in the following order. Ex. Your domain is Imthebest.com; therefore anything prior to "@Imthebest.com" will be sent to your email. Such as RobtheMan@Imthebest.com, Halolegend@Imthebest.com, Peter09@Imthebest.com will all send to your email. This is very useful into using multiple emails and yet you receive all the emails in one simple email account!

    CREATING A GODADDY DOMAIN:

    Step 1:
Go to godaddy.com and create an account with them.

    Step 2:
Fill all your info and make sure you keep a record of this information.

    Step 3:
Select Domains, and type w/e domain you want, such as imrich.com, or iownyou.info (Keep note of the pricing. ".com" is the most expensive one, and ".info" is a cheap one; any will do)

    Step 4:
Select only your domain you chose, and make sure nothing else is checked, and click "continue registration".

    Step 5:
If you get any pop-ups regarding extra stuff, hit cancel, and ignore all of these. (Note: Godaddy will try to trick you into adding more products/services to your cart, always keep an eye out on checked checkboxes.)

    Step 6:
Select how long you want your domain for.(This is typically 1 year, but if you know you want it for more then change it to your liking.(More years increases price). Make sure to click the Manual Renewal, or else your credit card/Paypal will automatically get charged from godaddy after the year or however long you purchased your domain for.

    Step 7:
Make sure the first column is added to your cart, and disregard the other packages.

    Step 8:
Again... Make sure to avoid any other extras that Godaddy wants you to get.

    Step 9:
Review your shopping cart to make sure the term is correct, and also remove any other things added besides your domain.(Click Delete). Now on the right if you have a Promo Code click that and apply your promo code; then click continue to checkout.

    Step 10:
Now choose how you want to pay. Credit card, check, paypal. (Note: IF YOU USED A PROMO CODE SUCH AS A $1 GODADDY .COM YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PURCHASE IT WITH PAYPAL, ONLY CREDIT CARD AND CHECK!!!) Agree to the terms and hit Place Order now.

Create an Email to your Domain:

    Step 11:
Go to your account, and look on the left side of the screen under "My Products" and select "Free Products".

    Step 12:
    Click on "Email Account List"

    Step 13:
    Click on "Use Credit".

    Step 14:
Now on the right side, select your domain, and click "Continue".

    Step 15:
Check the Checkbox, and click "Setup Account".

    Step 16:
    Select "Add Address" here:

    Or here:

    Set-up Email to Catchall:

    Step 17:
Now enter ANY Email Address(Please note: This email that you type in here is the email you are going to use to login into your new catchall email account so make it properly the way you want) Ex. Johnisgreat@"Select your domain from the dropdown". Enter your password you would like. Make sure you select the max amount of space for your mailbox. AND CHECK THE CHECKBOX TO MAKE THIS MAILBOX A CATCH-ALL!!!! Then hit "Ok" to finish setting-up email to catchall.

    Step 18:
Wait for the "Pending Status" to turn into "Active". Should only take about a min.

    Step 19:
Now that you have set-up your domain email to catchall. In order to go to your mailbox to view your inbox, outbox, etc. go to https://login.secureserver.net/ and now login using the email and password you made in Step 17. Ex. JohnisGreat@"Your Domain goes here"; and then enter your password and hit login. And now you have successfully logged into your email account and is ready to receive emails!!! =D

Thats It!!!! I hope you liked my guide, and thought it was easy!! If you liked it Please give me Thanks!!! It took time to making it!!! Thanks guys, have a nice day =D

No it doesnt have to be godaddy

And it doesnt matter if its a .com or w.e, although some promotions for some reason only take .com

Skatalite mentioned I needed a CatchAll account and I immediately shivered at having to figure out how to do that. Im so glad you made this!

Though, lets say I have a domain but not with GoDaddy. Is it possible there too? Or should I just make another domain name with GoDaddy bc its easier that way?
